Rachel was a GREAT agent to work with during the process of buying our house. We went through a few long and stressful deals (due to the sellers and their banks) before actually buying our current home. Rachel was wonderful throughout all of it though. Rachel was very responsive in the process of my purchasing my first home. She listened and presented the features that I was looking in for buying my first home. She was very helpful with the knowledge and experience of the process as a relied on that to help make my decision. Rachel gave me honest answers with concerns of viewing potential houses and helped with narrowing down the decision for the house that i purchased.
My experience was very fun for purchasing a house. It should be its an exciting time for looking and seeing what your future has in store. It started with meeting and her asking for information on what I was looking for what where must haves what were my deal breakers. Then she did her thing she gave me information on sites for my own personal viewing if I wanted to look and would email with sites and would set up dates and follow up with viewings of the properties. We went back and forth with emails and phone calls keeping me updated when ever she had new potential houses and arrange another viewing.
While in the viewings of the homes I like to look through to see how I would live in the space that I was viewing and then pick it apart well i do this she was talking and informing of the options that house had and I would say what I like about that house and if it was a yes or no based on certain things that were featured in the house.
Then on one day Rachel called me and said that a house went on the market and sent me an email of the place and said if your interested we have to move fast cause this one won't stay on the market long and well she was right. We took a trip out to the house and we put an offer on the house. The house was on the market to two days and had three to four offers, her expertise, knowledge and honesty were things that i was relying on to help close the deal.
They accepted the offer and sense it was a short sale we all know that its short right. Rachel informed me of the process and the time line how it can be a length time. We did all the things that were asked and over a period of time Rachel would inform me of changes and call/email just to check in and update or call/email to inform of no changes from time to time.
With her expertise she informed me and showed things that we could negotiate and things that the bank would say no and yes on. After some time i got that call saying you got it.

When I started looking for homes I looked for an agent that would do right by me. After talking to multiple agents in my process I landed with Rachel.
