The first thing my husband and I noticed about Rachel, was her professionalism. She is a well-trained professional and competent beyond her years! She also happens to be cheerful and caring. After looking at our home, she provided us with a folder of local comps. I didn't know the value of our home and would have been willing to sell our home for less than it was worth. Fortunately, Rachel knew the market. She put it on the market on a Thursday, and we received multiple offers by the following evening.
