My sister bought a house with the help of Rachel a month before i decided to buy, so she came highly recommended. she was very knowledgeable, and knew the market really well. the first house we put a bid on, she recommended what we should offer, and she was spot on, but it was not the house for us, by the third house we looked at, we had a deal made. took 1 week to find and get our offer accepted since the first time we talked. good job Rachel!

Rachel Jones is phenomenal. She worked so hard and fought for us to get our dream home. She always had our back and was very helpful in our home buying experience. I think we would've given up purchasing our new home if it weren't for all her support and knowledge.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous and had no idea what to do. Since my husband is a Veteran we were put in contact with Rachel as she has worked with many people using VA Home Loans. At first I wasn't ready to meet with anyone since we had just started looking but I agreed to go with my husband to meet her at a local Starbucks. She drove way out of her way just to sit down with us for 15-20 minutes. She went over lots of useful information and definitely made me feel comfortable. As soon as we found homes we liked she was quick to get appointments set up. We were lucky to find our home quickly in the process and Rachel was a rock star in making it all happen. When we decided to put our offer in she was so quick to get all the documents ready especially since there was already another offer on the table. She talked us through raising our bid a bit and writing a love letter to the sellers which added a sweet touch. It all worked out as we were chosen and then we moved on to the next step. She arranged for an inspection to happen just a few days later as we were on a tight schedule. She sat with us through the entire process and explained everything we had questions about. Rachel was always available for us as she quickly responded to our texts, emails and phone calls. Rachel is a great person to have on your side when helping you buy a home. She's a team player with a go-getter attitude who doesn't want you to lose. From the time we first sat down with her to the moment she handed me the keys I was so grateful to have her as our realtor!
