Rachael was amazing! We shopped for a long time, and she was very patient with helping us find what we wanted. Originally, we wanted raw acreage to build our home (in King County) but we also wanted to take advantage of our VA loan benefit and VA will not finance raw land. Rachael was able to come up with a compromise, and we found a well maintained manufactured mobile home, AND she also found a VA loan company that would finance it (there are very few banks that will do a VA loan on a mobile home).

Coming from the Midwest, we were very sticker shocked with home prices. Rachael was our second broker, our first realtor never listened to what we wanted or kept saying our budget was too low. Rachael never made us feel like our budget was too small or our wants too much. We recommend her services and would work with her again.

My wife and I contacted Rachel to find house's in puyallup area and she responded right away and immediately started helping us. She immediately provide any and all information we asked for. We only had two days to look at houses and she schedule as much as humanly possible and was enthusiast the whole time. After we picked our house and started papers everything was quick and easy.
