Rachel is a VA certified specialist and the BEST realtor we have ever used. Rachel sold our home in two day for the price we were expecting. Covid-19 presented grave challenges with the purchase of our new home and Rachel stepped up to the plate working with the buyers agent, our lending agent and two escrow companies to close the buyers purchase and our purchase 22 days early. If not for Rachel, we would have lost the loan for the home we were purchasing as well as the home we sold. With her assistance we were able to close on the final day.
